When you send a project inquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, business email, website address (optional), the type of help you need, your project details and, if you choose, a preferred contact method and phone number.

Please don't include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the form.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and discuss your project.
• To keep a record of our conversation if we work together.

We don't sell your information, add you to marketing lists or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Service providers

Inquiries are delivered to us by email through a transactional email provider, which processes the message only to deliver it. The website is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and request time, for security and reliability.

Analytics and cookies

This website doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the project and reasonable record-keeping afterwards. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
